Each parish's data is its own
Isolation is not a condition in the code: the database itself enforces it, row by row.
Consent decides
Nobody receives a message they did not consent to, and withdrawing it stops everything from the next moment on.
Minors are protected
Seeing a minor's details needs a right of its own, and no bulk send ever reaches one.
Two languages, properly
Spanish and English across the platform, and in what each parish writes as well.
Accessible
WCAG 2.2 AA: contrast, visible focus, keyboard and screen readers on every screen.
It is written down
